Dr. B. Anbuthambi is a seasoned leader with 25+ years in Education, Skilling, EdTech, and Technology. Currently the Head of Strategy & Partnerships at L&T EduTech, he leads strategy, partnerships, marketing, and product incubation. As former President of ICT Academy, he transformed it into one of India’s largest PPP social enterprises focused on bridging the industry-academia skill gap. He has a Bachelor’s in Computer Application, an MBA, and a PG Diploma from XLRI, Jamshedpur, ranking third in his batch, along with a PhD in Management focused on employability skills. A recipient of the ‘Power to Empower’ award by NSDC and CII, Dr. Anbuthambi is recognized for fostering collaboration across Industry, Academia, and Government to cultivate talent. An active member of Governing and Academic Councils at prominent Indian institutions, he is also a published author and a sought-after speaker, having delivered talks on education, skill development, and the future of work on over 500 platforms.
