A polymath with a creative bent to things, serving across Multi-industry, Multi-Functional roles at different stages of companies ranging from a 0-1 to an MNC outfit, Shaleen started his career in advertising at Dentsu in the Digital space. This was followed by operating in the music business where he worked across running venue operations, domestic and global artist bookings, IP curation & Festival programming. Later on he joined Skillbox - A music tech startup as their Head of Business & Ticketing where he helped them scale from a 1 city to the 3rd largest ticketing platform in India. Entering the startup circuit, he went on in building India’s 1st gamified Metaverse Loka as a founding member. Being the leading metaverse in the country, he went to execute India’s biggest metaverse execution there at the time for BoAt’s FloatVerse amongst other successful brand executions.
Shaleen then, via his own life experiences and research for over 3 years, went on to study and trace the connection between science, trauma, spirituality and the body. Being a strong advocate of modernizing / updating the leadership and value creation manual, He now combines Business, Creative and Trauma/Mental health informed approach in mentoring & consulting/partnering with creatives, founders, brands and startups on how to scale their IPs and build Transmedia strategy businesses with a strong sense of commercial strength intertwined with a sustainable and authentic manner as possible.
