Kislay Shashwat - VP of Investments

Kislay has 10+ years experience as an investor, operator and operator and M&A tech
banker in the Indian startup ecosystem.
Prior to Lumikai, he was part of Xiaomi’s Global Investments Arm, leading their Consumer Internet Investments in India and Deep Tech Strategic Initiatives in Europe. Kislay started his career as an Investment Banker with JP Morgan amassing over $1Bn of transaction experience covering public markets and later focused on private placement for high growth tech companies with DC Advisory. He is a BITS Pilani alumni and was recognized as 40 under 40 Alternative Investment Professionals in India by AIWMI and IAAIF. Kislay has been a passionate gamer through his college days and loves multiplayer online battle arena games such as DOTA 2. He can still lose track of time playing with his favourite heroes such as Juggernaut and Mirana. As the VP of Investments at Lumikai, Kislay has lead investments across gaming and interactive media. Kislay actively works closely with portfolio founders to help them scale in their early-stage journeys.
