The India Game Developers Conference (IGDC) formerly known as the NASSCOM Game Developers Conference (NGDC) is India's premier game developers conference. Now in its 10th year the conference is considered to be the most significant of such events held in South Asia. Prior to joining NaturalMotion, Julian was running the Codemasters Southam Racing studio. Kate Edwards is the CEO and principal consultant of Geogrify, a consultancy for content culturalization, a Board Member of Take This, and is the former Executive Director of the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) from 2012 to 2017. In addition to being an outspoken advocate who serves in several advisory/board roles, she is a geographer, writer, and corporate strategist. Following 13 years at Microsoft, she has consulted on many game and non-game projects for BioWare, Google, Amazon, Facebook, and many other companies. Fortune magazine named her as one of the "10 most powerful women" in the game industry and she was named by GamesIndustry.biz as one of their six People of the Year. In April 2018, she was honored with Reboot Develop's annual Hero Award and in October 2018 was presented with IndieCade's annual Game Changer Award. FRANCESCO ANTOLINI is Just Cause 4's Game Director. He has been playing and creating video games since the 8-bit era. Francesco worked on adver- and serious games until he joined Ubisoft, where he contributed to franchises such as Prince of Persia and Assassin's Creed. Loving open worlds and the teamwork behind them, in 2012 he became a part of the Avalanche Studios family, helping to build the New York studio and serving as Lead Game Designer on Just Cause 3. Pascal Luban is a freelance creative director and game designer based in France. He has been working in the game industry as game or level designer since 1995 and has been commissioned by major studios and publishers including Activision, SCEE, Ubisoft and DICE. In particular he was Lead Level Designer on the "versus" multiplayer versions of both Splinter Cell - Pandora Tomorrow and Chaos Theory, Creative Director on Wanted – Weapons of Fate and lead game designer on Fighters Uncaged, the first combat game on Kinect. The first triple-A title he worked on as game designer was Alone In The Dark - The New Nightmare. His first game for mobile platforms, The One Hope, was published in 2007 by the Irish publishers Gmedia and has received the Best In Gaming award at the 2009 Digital Media Awards of Dublin. Leveraging his design experience on console and PC titles, Pascal is also working on social and Free-to-Play games. He contributed to the game design of Kartoon, a Facebook game developed by Kadank, and completed numerous design and consulting missions. Recent mobile games he has been working on include Wars and Battles, 10-Shot Soccer and Twist & Pop. Pascal is a regular contributor to Gamasutra and gives master classes to both schools and studios throughout Europe and Asia.

Xenia Zeiler is tenure track Professor of South Asian Studies at the University of Helsinki, Finland. Her research is situated at the intersection of digital media and culture and society in India, with a focus on video games. Other research foci are global Digital Humanities and mediatization. Anurag was also Executive Director of Newgen Holding Private Limited, an ICT solution provider for Smart Cities. Before Newgen, Anurag was CEO of RedOctane Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a 100% subsidiary of RedOctane, Inc. The company offered its interactive entertainment products, “Guitar Hero” series. During early days of gaming in India, Anurag was founder CEO of India’s premier game development company, Paradox Studios Limited (A Reliance Group Company). Paradox had developed 100+ wireless games, over 20 multiplayer web based games, and released its maiden PC title, “BattleDust: The Championship. While Rana Daggubati does come from a family of film greats - his grandfather and legendary filmmaker D Rama Naidu; father and much-respected producer Suresh Babu as well as his uncle and popular actor Venkatesh, Rana built his interests at a personal level. A 12-year-old Rana spent time in the editing room and spent his teens paying close attention to film shoots and the process of production. He then ran a successful company, Spirit Media (one of South India's most successful post-production facilities for visual effects, animation and digital post services), began producing films with Bommalata, and dabbled in various businesses, while also foraying into acting. While building a stable career in front of the camera, he continues to enjoy his passion for technology with Anthill Studio (Media and Entertainment Tech Accelerator for start-ups), talent management with his JV with Kwan, besides handling other varied business interests, including a partnership with Amar Chitra Katha. Avdoot started his career in gaming as a 3d artist and a generalist in 2007 and his interest in animation moved him to take over animation and rigging and became dedicated to animation, didn’t see any potential in the animation industry in gaming in India he decided to continue developing his skills towards sculpting and modeling, worked in small Indian development and outsourcing studios across India he decided to move out of India in search of better work in next gen games and landed in China in 2012 to work as an lead environment artist with Virtuos Games but instead started with characters there and moved entirely his career dedicated to characters and his previous skills in animation helped him a lot with characters. After spending 4 years in China he moved to Starbreeze studios to work again as a lead character artist on their new IP based game he worked and established the character pipeline with Unreal for Overkill\s The Walking Dead. Game is out now and received a lot of appreciation for the zombies and other characters. He is still with Starbreeze and continues to develop, direct and better the character pipeline in future for them.

Alessandro is a professional freelance Illustrator, born in Italy and based in Japan As a child, Alessandro loved to look through his grandfathers photo books of Japan and started taking a strong interest in the country and it’s culture. Vishu started his career in VFX and Animation studio in 2001 as a 3D artist. After working there for three years he jumped into architectural modelling. Because of immense interest towards video game making in 2005 he joined Dhruva Interactive. During Dhruva tenure he gained a lot about the tools and techniques necessary for game creation, by working on many AAA titles. In 2008 he joined Sumo Video Games and since then he worked for almost all gaming platforms and for many big titles, the recent one that we all are awaiting to get release is HITMAN-2.

Naky started as a freelance artist making collectibles. Soon after, he got his first full-time offer at the age of 19 at Little Red Zombies as a Character Artist for games. 5 years in, he has worked on almost every title at LRZ from LOTF, Sniper 3 to Strange Brigade. During his professional career he also developed a taste for creating real-time hair and has been responsible for pushing the quality bar and constantly refining the the pipeline for the next-generation of AAA games. He is currently involved in creation of characters and hair for several upcoming AAA Games.

Inderpal has close to 6 years of experience in the game industry. His journey with Moonfrog started five hears ago, and he has worked his way up to handling products like Ludo Club. But in 3 years, Lucid Labs has managed to create two mobile games, collaborating with over ten teammates from all over the world, thanks to the internet.
